1.  Certificate of Attendance

Conference attendees may request a signed Certificate of Attendance on AEHS Foundation letterhead listing the sessions and workshops they attended.  

Attendees must

• pay the $50 CEU Credits Administrative Fee when registering and
• sign in and out at session and workshop doors showing a picture ID.

Certificates of Attendance will be mailed in November.

2.  University of Massachusetts Continuing and Professional Education Units

The Conference is pending 2012 approval by the University of Massachusetts Continuing and Professional Education Department.  CPEUs will be awarded at the rate of 1 credit per 10 hours of successful attendance. 

Attendees must:

• Pay the $50 CEU Credits Administrative Fee when registering. 
• Record your attendance by signing in and out at each session or workshop entrance door with a picture ID.
• Fill out and return the registration form that will be included in the conference registration packet when you attend.

Transcripts will be mailed from the Continuing and Professional Education Department of the University of Massachusetts, 4-6 weeks post conference.

3.  Massachusetts LSP CEUs

The conference is pending 2012 approval to receive LSP CEUs from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals

LSP CEUs will be awarded as follows:

• LSPs will receive ½ credit per hour of conference attendance.
• LSPs will receive 1 credit per hour of attendance to workshops per their respective attendance requirements.
• One or more workshops may be approved for DEP regulatory credit (see registration form).
• All other workshops are approved for non-DEP technical credit.

To receive CEUs LSPs must

• pay the $50 administrative charge for CEUs 
• sign in and out at the conference registration desk for conference attendance
• sign in and out at the workshop door for workshop  attendance
• show a picture ID when signing in and out

Certificates will be mailed in November.

4 .  Connecticut LEP CEUs

The Conference is pending 2012 approval by the state of Connecticut State Board of Examiners of Environmental Professionals for LEP CEUs.   

LEP CEUs will be awarded as follows:

• LEPs have received ½ credit per hour of conference session attendance.
• LEPs have received 1 credit per hour of attendance of workshops per their perspective attendance requirements. 

To receive CEUs, LEPs must

• pay the $50 administrative charge for CEUs, 
• sign in and out at the session doors for session attendance
• sign in and out at the workshop door for workshop  attendance
• show a picture ID when signing in and out

Certificates will be mailed in November.

5 .  New York PE CEUs (NEW in 2011!)

The conference has been approved to receive NY PE credits from the NYS Board for Engineering & Land Surveying.

PDHs will be awarded as follows:

• ½ credit per hour of session attendance.
• 1 credit per hour of attendance to workshops.

To receive credit PEs must

• pay the $50 administrative charge for CEUs (see registration form)
• sign in and out at the session and workshop doors
• show a picture ID when signing in and out

Certificates will be mailed in November.
