Platform Presenter Information

Please plan your talk for a 20-25 minute duration. There will be time for questions from the audience during the 5 minutes immediately following your talk. Meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer and computer (LCD) projector, as well as a lavaliere microphone and a stationary microphone at the podium.  We strongly recommend that you prepare your visuals in Microsoft PowerPoint.  Please bring your presentation with you on CD or Flash (USB) drive.  Meet your moderator 30-45 minutes prior to your session start time to load your presentation.

Platform presenters will receive a complimentary one-day registration for the day of your talk or if you wish to attend the entire conference, your registration cost will be roughly half-price, $295. You will be responsible for paying for your meals and any evening workshops you choose to attend, as well as arranging and paying for your own travel and lodging. Please remember to register no later than September 7, 2012.  Even if there is no financial transaction involved, you must register so we can plan accordingly.  Click here for online registration.

We will be holding a speaker/moderator breakfast the day of your talk.  It will be held on the 10th floor of the Campus Center from 7:15 - 8:15am. It’s a very good opportunity for all presenters in the session to meet each other and the moderator.  We strongly encourage all speakers to attend, as specific details concerning your session may be discussed.

We will have a speaker preparation room for your use. It will be equipped with a laptop and computer projector.  Check at the registration desk for its location.

Please note the following deadlines:
